One house on two levels, suspended above the sea
Il Nido del Falco is spread across two levels linked by the shared staircase: the apartment upstairs, the suite below. It is always rented as a whole, sleeping up to eight, so the house is entirely yours.

The apartment
A fitted kitchen with Vietri maiolica on the walls, two bedrooms beneath the wooden roof, a bright living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. The windows frame the coast like paintings.
It is the largest part of the house, sleeping up to six, with the living room opening onto the terrace and the sea.

Lower floor
The suite
A double bedroom, kitchenette, dressing room, and private bathroom: a small world of its own, with its own door off the shared staircase. The most private corner of the villa, perfect for a couple within the group.
Maiolica walls and a stone vault tell of the villa's four centuries; the window looks straight out to the Mediterranean.

The outdoor heart
The vine terrace
Vines overhead, the long table for dinners, the loungers turned to the coast. This is where the best part of the day happens: breakfast in the sun, an aperitivo at golden hour, dinner with the sea a thousand feet below.
