Who handles your data

What data we collect
Only what you give us: your stay dates, the number of guests, your email address and any message you write in the availability form. If you write to us by email or WhatsApp, we process the content of your message and your contact details.
Why we process it
To reply to you, send you a quote and, if you book, manage your stay. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual and contractual measures taken at your request.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into bookings are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data linked to a booking is kept for as long as Italian tax and administrative obligations require.
Who it is shared with
It is never sold or handed over. It may be processed by the technical providers that run the site and the mailbox, acting as data processors. Guest reporting duties towards the Italian authorities remain unaffected.
Analytics and form protection
If you consent from the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, with anonymised IP and no advertising features: it is not there to recognise you, but to see which pages work. When you fill in the form we use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to stop automated submissions. The details, and how to withdraw consent, are in the cookie policy.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, or object to processing, by writing to ilnidodelfalcofurore@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
