Technical cookies
The site is static and technical cookies are kept to a minimum: they make the pages work and let the enquiry form be sent. They need no consent. Your choice on the banner is stored in your browser's local storage, on your own device: we never receive it and it is not used to identify you.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4
Only if you accept, the site loads Google Analytics 4 (id G-JSN6FD3GTL) to count visits and see which pages are read. Measurement is set up with IP anonymisation and no advertising features. Data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred outside the European Union under the safeguards required by the GDPR. If you refuse, the script is not even downloaded.
Form protection: reCAPTCHA
When you start filling in the availability form, and only then, Google reCAPTCHA v3 is loaded to tell people apart from spam programs. It protects the form, so it loads even if you refuse analytics, but never before you touch the form. Google's own privacy policy and terms apply.
Changing your mind
At the bottom of every page there is a “Cookie preferences” link: it reopens the banner and lets you withdraw or give consent at any time, as easily as you gave it.
External content
Some pages link to third-party sites, for instance press articles or maps. Once you are on those sites, their own cookie policies apply, not this one.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings, without affecting your ability to browse the site.
